Luxury large two bedroom apartment (64 sq m) in the most prestigious recent development in Chamonix, seconds from the main square. WiFi internet access. Second floor balcony overlooking wonderful piazza. Adjacent to the top 5 star hotel in Chamonix.

Two en-suite large bathrooms each with large bath and shower. One bedroom with king-sized (5’) bed and one with twin single beds - all with luxury specification mattresses. High comfort specification double bed in 3-seater sofa.

Perfectly located in the very heart of world famous Chamonix, only a few seconds walk from the main square, Place Balmat,and all of the top class restaurants and shops. Free transport bus system to ski slopes is opposite.

Second floor location high above piazza level and with view of mountains. Private dedicated car parking in basement with direct access by lift. Very large private ‘cave’ for storing skis etc., luggage and walking boots.

Direct car access to and from its own private basement car park by two good sized elevators.

Quality restaurants all around, local shops on the doorstep and very many activity facilities within walking distance. Chamonix is situated at the end of the major A40 motorway from Geneva, which is barely an hour’s drive away. The Mont Blanc tunnel access to Italy is on the doorstep. The nearest regular free ski bus stop is 100 yards from the apartment and visits all the individual ski areas in the whole of the valley. The Aiguille du Midi cable car is a short walk away. Alternatively Chamonix's rail station links with the whole of Europe.
