Vacation Rental Description
Perfect for skiing or summer, our apartment is 5 minutes from the ski lift and has a private residents pool and south facing terrace overlooking Mont Blanc for sunny days!

The apartment sleeps 6-10, with 6 adults and 2 children being the optimum use of space. We have 3 double bedrooms (all with joinable twin beds) a large open plan kitchen and lounge nearly 9m long with sofabed, small bunk room with two bunk beds, and a bathroom and wetroom. We are on the second floor and there is a lift.

There is ski hire shop just below the apartments and plenty of transfer companies which run shared taxis from Geneva airport. We are located moments from the best patisserie in the village for those delicious breakfast morning runs, and right next to some of the best fondue houses and restaurants for the evenings. The cinema and bowling alley are also very close.

There is a 42' plasma screen for lazy days, WI-FI internet access, dishwasher and washer dryer, and ski locker.

The apartment was modern and very clean. We went in April for a week with our 18 month old son. It is in central Chamonix with restaurants and shops right outside. Very good for skiing and walking. I would heartily recommend this to any families, people coming to have a relaxing or active holiday.

Very impressed with this apartment, everything we could have wanted, and so central. Owners very accommodating and helpful. We had children with us and it was ideal. Would certainly recommend.

What a week,need another week off just to recover!!, if you've not been to Chamonix your missing out!!,everything about the place is just A1 from the apartment to the nightlife.
But hey lets start with the apartment its got everything you need from being in a ideal location,with tasty fresh baked almond croissants from the nearby bakery for breakfast,to the short walk to the lifts and the short stagger to the many bars and restaurants later in the evening!!!.It is very clean and functional,with a upmarket feel to it(I,m sure the leather sofas helped with that)all the fittings look brand new and the wet room was a real boon,could not get my 10 year old daughter out of there and my 4 year old loved the bunk beds.Being on the lazy side(especially after 6 hours on skis) I took full advantage of the wall mounted plasma screen most evenings.The layout and space was great we had 6 adults and two children and there was none of the usual falling over each other and struggling for space that you sometimes get in these apartments.In fact it was a real joy to all sit down together and share a glass of wine over dinner(plus as a bonus there is a dishwasher so no hours at the sink afterwards!!).
It was also very enjoyable to have a beer looking from the balcony towards Mt Blanc and the glacier as the sun set and the town began to come alive.
Yes it was a great week and we already starting to think of getting next year sorted at the same apartment(think my boy just wants the bunk beds again)

This apartment is a good clean modern apartment located in the heart of Chamonix. Great for access to the bars and restaurants in the town centre but not in any way noisy. We were a party of 8 guys and it was OK but two were in the small bunk room, but with two bathrooms it was OK when getting ready to go out. Car parking space makes easy access to all the ski areas. Best apres ski is at Chambre Neuf near the train station where they have a live band every evening kicking off at about 5.30pm.

    Please note: Although there are 6 beds, 2 bunks and a double sofabed, we recommend a comfortable level of 6 adults or 8 people including children. Rates are quoted in pounds sterling and payments should be made directly to our bank account - details will be given once the booking is agreed. Payment terms: A booking deposit of 40% of rental fee is payable on reservation. The balance is payable 12 weeks in advance or immediately if sooner. Damages (except fair wear and tear) will be taken from an additional refundable security deposit of £400. Linen & towels also provided upon request; £15 pp per week. There is a £45 cleaning charge per stay.
