This recently renovated self catered apartment is in a great area of Chamonix, just across the road from the Flegere cable car staion, and also right by the golf course and extensive forest trails and walks as well. The childrren's adventure park; Paradis les Praz is just a short walk away as well!

Situated on the top (third)floor of this chalet, it has a large south facing balcony looking out onto the village of Les Praz and surrounding mountain scenery and is a great sun trap with spectacular views. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds, the second having double bunk beds (bottom bed is a double, top one a single). There is also a double sofa bed. The apartment also benefits from a log fire, sky TV, DVD player and an xbox. The modern bathroom suite benefits from an oversize bath and power shower too, and there is a second separate WC as well.

Overlooking the old church of Les Praz, just 150m from Flegere Telepherique, this beautiful two bedroom apartment Sleeps 4-7 comfortably. The living room opens onto a large south facing balcony with one of the most beautiful views of the the village of Les Praz and the surrounding mountains.

The spacious apartment (56m² floor space) has a open plan living area and fully fitted kitchen. With it’s black slate floor and large corner sofa surrounding the large open fireplace, the apartment is the perfect spot to watch the sun go down after an amazing day in the mountains.

Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around.

We require 30% deposit to secure the accommodation, and the remainder 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We can take payment by bank transfer, credit / debit card and personal cheque.

We also require a damage deposit of £200, for which we can hold your card details or a personal cheque.
