This new, luxury fitted, 3 bedroom apartment situated in the historic old town centre of Chamonix behind the Maison de Montagne (400 year old Mountain Centre) and Chamonix town church. Built by one of the alps most prestigious constructeurs MGM, the apartment will be available for the forthcoming 2008-09 ski and summer season. 
 
Guests considering staying at our apartment will enjoy both luxury and space (91sq metres of habitable space). The living area is furnished in a traditional alpine style including wooden flooring, stylish and comfortable L - shaped sofa, 28" Digital TV with english channels inc BBC,ITV, Sky News, DVD/CD player and a large rustic pine dining table to seat eight. It boasts a superb south facing view with 6 sq metre balcony offering superb views of Aguille de Midi /Mont Blanc and Brevent mountains.  
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including oven, electric hob, dishwasher, extractor fan and fridge with freezer compartment. All surfaces are fitted with granite work surfaces. The kitchen has bar top area with a small but cozy seating area for upto 4 people.  
 
The master bedroom contains a double bed with on suite shower, washbasin and WC, fitted with halogen lighting and granite tops.. Bedrooms two and three have twin beds have access to a luxury family bathroom with separate WC/wash basin. The living room sofa will open up into a bed to accomodate a further two guests (generally suited to children) if required. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished with fitted wardrobes and wooden flooring. Hairdrier, bed linen, wash & hand towels and free WiFi Access are provided within the cost. 
 
The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional alpine style development and can be accessed by lift or stairs. Situated within a couple of minutes walking distance to the newly installed Brevent ski lift and Savoy nursery slopes it is perfectly located for the Chamonix ski system along with all the towns numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and apres ski. The apartment is also located less than two minute walk away for the nearest bus pick up / drop off point giving lift pass holders free transportation to all ski lift stations in Chamonix valley including Argentiere, Les Houches. Les Tours and Vallorcine. To enhance your holiday experience once a week you can also gain transportation to Courmayer in the Aosta Valley in the Italian Alps. 
 
The apartment has two reserved underground parking spaces and three secure ski / snow board lockers. Cot and highchair available on request. Minimum 10% discount of all skiing and boarding equipment hire. We are also able to provide a accurate six day weather forecast for the chamonix valley area to help our guests maximise their use of time and enjoyment.

We will try to accommodate you if you wish to change your booking, but of course we can’t guarantee we will be able to do this. If we can’t change the booking and you tell us you will not be taking the alternative booking dates, this is deemed as a cancellation by you. Where we are able to change the booking to suit your needs we will do so and issue and revised confirmation letter. If you cancel more than 10 weeks before the start of the booking the cancellation charge is 40% of the booking. If you cancel between 4 to 10 weeks before the start of the booking the charge is 60% of the booking. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the start of the booking then you are responsible for paying the full amount of the booking.
