Not forgetting, the lounge balcony - and its lovely views of Mont Blanc. Access to the apartment is via a locked secure entrance. The garage is very convenient to the apartment lift. The kitchen is equipped with a duel electric hob, mini- oven, coffee machine kettle and dishwasher. The apartment has a surface area of 54 meters squared. This apartment is only available for Saturday-to-Saturday rental and is NON-smoking. There is even a public laundry in the residence. 
 
Apartment Vallée Blanche apartment, is located on Avenue Coumayeur, Residence Coumayeur, with its own , underground lockable parking box, and children’s play area. Right near the main shopping road of Chamonix center, and 2 mins walk to the Aguille du midi lift. There is even a bus stop next to the front door. 
 
Charges Included: Internet , electricity, water. 
Extras services: Cleaning, baby-sitting, transfers to airport, welcome packs (food in the kitchen when you arrive), linen hire, Champagne in the fridge, introduction to mountain guides and ski instructors.

Reservation deposit. A deposit of 50% is required within 5 working days of the provisional booking. The reservation is not confirmed until this payment is made and deposited in our bank. Payment 2. Second payment (the last 50 %) is due 50 days before arrival. If the holiday is booked in less than 50 days of arrival, the total cost is requested in those 5 working days from the booking. Booked. Your holiday is booked when we confirm it. Payment can be made by: * Cheque in €uros, (or in pounds stirling for an agreed amount, but with a exchange cheque fee of 15 €) * Credit card -over the phone or by printing the FAX credit card form filling in your particulars and faxing them, by arrangement. * Bank transaction.
