On entrance to the flat is one large room, lounge/dining/kitchen with 4 ring gas hob, mini oven and kettle, TV, DVD player and WIFI access. The sleeping arrangements comprise of a double sofa bed in main room, then a separate bed room in the converted wine cave. Looking for an authentic farm sleeping environment? This is it. The converted cave has under floor heating, with an alarm clock to help you wake up (as everyone says they sleep like a dream in this quiet room) for those early ski days. Shower/toilet room, and a large private garden around 32 m2 in total. Situated on the ground floor of a private house in rue des Pècles. 
 
Apartment at les Pècles is an extension of the main road, 20 meters from the Vagabond (the old Brévent bar). This ground floor flat is south facing catching the day's sun, great views of Mont Blanc and the Bosson glacier. 350 Meters to the Cham sud bus stop. A 10-minute walk in ski gear up a steep hill to the Brévent ski area. Parking on street outside house. 
 
Charges Included: Holiday tax, electricity, water. 
Extras services: Cleaning, baby-sitting, transfers to airport, welcome packs (food in the kitchen when you arrive), linen hire, Champagne in the fridge, introduction to mountain guides and ski instructors.

Reservation deposit. A deposit of 50% is required within 5 working days of the provisional booking. The reservation is not confirmed until this payment is made and deposited in our bank. Payment 2. Second payment (the last 50 %) is due 50 days before arrival. If the holiday is booked in less than 50 days of arrival, the total cost is requested in those 5 working days from the booking. Booked. Your holiday is booked when we confirm it. Payment can be made by: * Cheque in €uros, (or in pounds stirling for an agreed amount, but with a exchange cheque fee of 15 €) * Credit card -over the phone or by printing the FAX credit card form filling in your particulars and faxing them, by arrangement. * Bank transaction. You will receive the necessary information on reply to your booking Email. CREDIT CARDS We accept all major credit cards, accept AMEX and diners.
