Very attracting area for families as well as guests fond of several sports. 1 big living room, 1 big dining room, large mezzanine with bed 160 cm, 1 sleeping room with 2 beds 80 cm + mezzanine 1 bed 140 cm and a sofa 120 cm, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 kitchen, a balcony, place outside in front of the chalet, a parking place. Next doors ski rental and chairlift connected to the St.Gervais/ Megève/ St.Nicolas ski area (200 km)as well as hiking/ mountainbike tracks in spring, summer and autumn. Even accessible with a buggy fot younger children.
Nice excursion possibilities like St.Gervais ( during summer- large outside swimmingpool, 8 tennis courts), Chamonix (Aiguille du Midi, Mer de glace), Megève, Annecy, Genève.
