The price is between 400 to 600 euros. This includes charges for heating, tourist tax, electricity and water
Method of Payment:
At the time of the reservation
The amount of 20% of price in euros is required at the time of reservation. This amount is to be considered as a deposit (ie: if the tenant withdraws from the agreement this amount is forfeited). Deposit will be made to the owner bank account•
At arrival time, the amount of remaining 80% euros are payable either in cash or by travelers' checks in euros.
Upon arrival, the tenant must pay a security deposit of 200 euros by cash
This amount will be reimbursed at the end of the stay, less any deductions for missing items, damage or any amount owed by the tenant.
In the case of lost keys, an amount of 50 euros will be charged and will be deducted from the security deposit reimbursement.
Rental contract will be sent by email.
