The rental accommodations are available from Saturday 16h00 and must be vacated by Saturday 10h00, unless different dates have been agreed during the low season. 50% of the rent is due at time of booking. The remainder is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment by bank transfer only. No deposit charge. Use of bed linen, bath and kitchen towels are included in the rent as well as energy and water costs. During colder months there is an extra charge for heating. Final cleaning is also included. If a cancellation is received more than 4 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, 50% of the rent paid will be refunded. If a cancellation is received less than 4 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, there will be no refund. In both cases, should another renter fill the vacancy, then 75% of the rent paid will be refunded.
