Our Mas & its stone cottages are set in a Mediterranean garden in a picturesque village at the Southern tip of the département de l'Ardèche. The village has a boulangerie, a small general store & two restaurants. We are conveniently situated near to the picturesque Gorges De L'Ardèche. We offer comfortable self catering holiday accommodation to discerning couples.

With just five small gites on the property along with our house, you can enjoy peace & quiet and also share in the convivial nature of Le Mas de la Source if you wish.

Le Mas de la Source boasts a luxury heated salt-water 13.7 metre swimming pool and hardwood sun-beds. We have equipped our property with leisure in mind and also boast a convivial poolside bar and illuminated boulodrome for those lazy evening games.

Ideally situated on the borders of the Gard & Ardèche and close to the Cévennes and Cèze valley, we aim to attract couples keen to visit our region in Southern France and explore its markets, ancient villages & many other attractions.

We provide a kettle, toaster & coffee machine, and start you off with tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel & loo rolls. We include all linen & towels & provide huge, soft pool towels too. The bed will be ready made up with high quality white linen sheets & a Provencal style quilt.

This spectacular region of southern France is full of opportunities to explore, apart from the hills, and rivers & gorges there are grottoes to visit and of course many colourful markets and picturesque villages to see.

A simple contract will be sent to you detailing our rates & confirming your reservation. We ask for a returnable €200 breakages deposit which will be added to the rental, and you will be asked for 25% of the total immediately to secure your reservation. The balance will be due 4 weeks before your holiday commences. Refunds upon cancellation will only be given up to 45 days before the Date of Arrival as noted on the contract. We accept settlement in Euros or Pounds Sterling, by internet transfer or by cheque. Security deposit refunds will be made within 3 days of departure.
