Villa Carpe Diem is a magnificant provencal Villa that has been built for Riveria summer outdoor living and has all the perspectives for allowing fun activities, what ever they may be; simply the perfect holiday villa, close enough to facilities but not too close, a child friendly flat garden and all the facilities you could wish for during a Riveria summer. Our location is a quiet one despite being only minutes away from the Cannes. It makes a great location for easy exploration of the Cote D'azur, as well as further a field in Provence.

Villa Carpe Diem comprises of 200m2 of living space and 1000m2 of terrain.
The property has 5 bedrooms of which there are 2 doubles, 2 twins and one single. The single bedroom can also be equiped with a cot (upon request). Both Doubles and one Twin Bedroom are equipped with Air Conditioning and ensuite bathroom.

A 25% booking deposit of the total rental, is required to confirm a booking.
Payment should made by UK Pounds sterling via inter Bank funds transfer.

Please note that our normal changeover day is Saturday during peak season, and the rental periods normally run Saturday 4 PM to Saturday 10 AM.

Rental period for min. 2 weeks are preferred during Peak July - August periods . Listed weekly rates may be subject to discount for longer rental periods. .
