Vacation Rental Description
In the heart of the St Tropez peninsula on a gated domain, surrounded by umbrella pines and vineyards. This newly renovated villa with accommodation all on one level sleeps 6 people in comfort. The villa comprises two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. It has two bathrooms. (one en suite) a large lounge two large sofas, with fireplace and dining area with 5 pairs of french doors leading to the terraces and private swimming pool the property is light and airy. Modern equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and hob and all necessary cutlery etc. The garden has its own boules/petanque area. Electric gates to secure the villa and garden. Relax on the large terraces and enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful and natural area. Eat al fresco, play boules , swim or walk to the beaches nearby. There are restaurants in the village of La Croix Valmer and many other options within a short drive. Not suitable for children under 12.

The sand beaches of Gigaro with many beautiful views and walks along the Littoral and onto Cap Lardier are a short stroll away. Cap Lardier is a conservation area, has natural fauna and flora with small coves, umbrella pines, fine sands and some naturist beaches. La Croix Valmer has a Sunday market and 6 kilometres of fine sand beaches and many vineyards. The village has been able to keep its peace and traditions in spite of tourists. With its seven naturally sandy beaches, La Croix Valmer is reputed for the quality of its swimming waters. (Gigaro beach is one of the greatest, and famous) The town owns 220 ha. of nature reserves and is a magnificent place for walking in the woods and along the coast from Gigaro beach to Cap Lardier (the sentiers des douaniers). If by contrast you want the glamour and nightlife St Tropez and Ste Maxime are both close by there really couldn't be a better location. The best of both worlds!
