Vacation Rental Description
Villa Agapanthe is a beautiful property all on one level. There are three large sized bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room. The bedrooms have very clean and comfortable beds 1 x 160cm ( queen size), 1 x 140cm ( double bed) 2 x 120cm ( Supersingle size). All beds are made with high quality white cotton sheets and duvets. There is a fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave and of course a large fridge. In the living room there is an open fireplace for the cooler months altough this is not necessary as there is a very good central heating system which makes the property ideal for rentals all year round. There is French television and also Sky television from the UK( one hour delayed). The verandah is an ideal place to lie in the cool and look out over the canopy of trees in the garden. Below the verandah is an ideal spot for early evening drinks where you can watch the sun setting behind the hills in the distance. Your car can be parked at the door of Villa Agapanthe when you are unloading your numerous purchases of the day. 
Villa Agapanthe has its own private pool set in a large level garden surrounded by the neighbouring cherry orchards. It faces due south and is in the sun all the day. However, there are many spots where you can seek the cool and the shade. Comfortable sun lounges with thick cushions are beside the pool. Due to French regulations, a security fence has been installed and it is the client's responsiblity to ensure that the gate is closed at all times. The pool ( 4.5m x 9.5m) is graded from shallow to deep with a large shelf to sit on. Again, comfort is the word. 
The property is situated back from one of the roads that leads up to the village but of the four main roads into the village it is the least travelled and therefore there is very little noise at any time of the day or night coming from the road. The houses surrounding the property are set well back and again there is very little noise from people. The same cannot be said about the native birds and cicadas.
