Vacation Rental Description
Our recently fully renovated house (mas Provencal) is located in a residential area, on a 10 000 m2 garden, with a swimming pool (with a secured access system for children). we have three double bedroom and one single bedroom , we can welcome up to 7 people. One bathroom and one toilet on first floor, another bathroom and toilet on the ground floor 
 
its location: 40 minutes away from seaside, 5 mn away from a lake, 10 kms away from a Golf, 5 mn walking to village center, fro shopping, restaurant and bars. 
 
Kitchen fully equiped with latest technology, include dishwasher , washing machine, microwawe, oven, gaz, cafe machine, vitroceramic, fridge with congelateur. We have an extra bed adapted for young babies. 
 
Living room with TV and DVD player, Terrasse with barbecue. 
 
You will appreciate the peacefull atmosphere, very calm, in a flowery garden, with old trees offering shadow to relax, and a very warm and sunny weather from June to end of september.

    • In addition to the facilities listed above,A portable barbecue is at your disposition on the Terrasse. We have a special bed for young babies, and many games and dvds for children if needed.     10 km from a golf 
    5 km from a lake, with tennis courts. 
    1 hour- up to one hour an a half from "les gorges du verdon", perfect for canoing and rafting 
    many restaurants nearby 
    10 minutes by car to "le Luberon", for Randonnée. 
    20 km from Aix en Pce, you wil find restaurants, museums, galeries, cinemas, bowling and a Casino 
     
    for winter visitors, the neareast big ski stations are two hours and a half away by car, for exemple Risoul, Vars. 
    and 1h40 minutes to the nearset ski station (much smaller) 
     
    Night clubs are either 20km awy if you go to Aix en Provence, more than 10 clubs, loads of bars, or 50 kms away if you go to Marseille where then, you will find hundreds of bars clubs and restaurants. 
     
    A cinema is located 5kms away. 
     
    For theme Parks, A "Aquacity" is 20 kms away.

    july 1st - aug 31st 1600 euros a week from Sat to Sat
    rest of the year 1000 euros a week from Sat to Dat
    		  Low Season Price: €1,000 per Week
      High Season Price: €1,600 per Week
         

    We have two different prices per week. from beginning of july to the end of august, the price is 1600 euros a week. For the rest of the year, the price is 1000 euros. FYI, June and September have pretty warm weather. A deposit will be required, payable by check, of an amount of 1500 euros. The check wont be cashed and will be given back to you once the check up at the end of your journey will be all right. Depending on the country you come from, we may ask you for a bigger deposit, depending of the difficulty in case of legal action after important damage caused to our property. To confirm a reservation, 50 % of the price will have to be paid in Advance. If you decide to cancel, it WILL no be refunded. We provide all the sheets for the beds as well as towels, with an additionnal cost of 20 euros per bedroom. Finally, an additional 150 euros will be charged for a FULL cleaning of the house, garden and swimming pool.
