Beautiful recent house built in the Provencal style by an architect, it stands in the Regional Park of Luberon. It is equipped with a 10 x 4 meters swimming pool secured with an electric cover (for children) on a 2800 m² plot of land (1200 m² of close area). It is really charming and picturesque (please see our website listed below), with antiques and old furnitures inside, a carefully selected decoration, two fireplaces. This is a place of character (Terracotta floor tiles, exposed stone, old tiles) which as every comfort. The old part of the house which forms an asthonishing auditorium for music lovers even includes a piano.The kitchen is more than equipped so you can spend time at cooking fantastic fresh products found on local markets. Finally, the house is perfectly clean and safe on all aspects. Wireless is included. It has also two terraces : one north protected from the sun, one south for cozy breakfast moments. Ideal for relaxed quiet family holidays in the sun and country air. The garden contains flowers, roses, peonies, many fruit trees and according to the season, you may take advantage of figs, apricots, cherries, pears, almonds. The house is located in the south side of Luberon mountain, bordering the Durance River, 1 mile from a village centre or just 10-15 mins from the conservation village of Lourmarin in the very heart of the Luberon Park, amidst many reputed hilltop villages.

As you can see from our website ( http://gitedelalyre.perso.sfr.fr/ ),the house is recent and has been built 5 years ago although a part of it has more than 100 years (the living room). It is located in the south side of Luberon mountain, bordering the Durance River, 1 mile from a village centre or just 10-15 mins from the conservation village of Lourmarin in the very heart of the Luberon Park, amidst many reputed hilltop villages.The house is a delightful modern house built in the Provencal style with a 10 m x 4 m swimming pool. This is a place of character (Terracotta floor tiles, exposed stone, old tiles) which as every comfort. It is delicatelly furnished with old antiques and really nice furnitures and fully equiped with the modern equipment, includes a wireless connexion, a Sat TV, audio equipment for musical evenings and two chimneys. The old part of the house which forms an asthonishing auditorium for music lovers even includes a piano.The kitchen is more than equipped so you can spend time at cooking fantastic fresh products found on local markets. Finally, the house is perfectly clean and safe on all aspects.
