The « Moulin de Félix » gîte is situated in an area near the village of Robion, facing the Luberon mountain, in a typical Provençal «mas» (farm), on a property of 1ha50, in peaceful & green surroundings with a swimming pool
It faces south and is in a wing of the house, occupying 88m²
On the ground floor
- a living room with a double bed settee, T.V & DVD
- a kitchen area fitted with sink, fridge, cooking hob, extracting fan, small oven, microwave oven & cupboards
- a bathroom of approx.12m² with bath, wash basin, bidet, wc, cupboards and washing machine
Upstairs
- a bedroom of approx.12m² with a double bed and a wardrobe
- a bedroom of approx.24m² with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a built-in cupboard, a separate toilet and possibility to sleep one extra person
Both bedrooms have access to a veranda of approx.15m² furnished as a reading room, with a bay window overlooking the Luberon
Outside
- a 24m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue,
- a 11x5.5m swimming pool facing south
The Moulin is set in 15000 sq metres of land on the edge of the village of Robion, which is a 3 minute drive and has a mini-market, boulangerie, butcher, ‘tabac’ and bank. The garden has evergreens and fruit trees – you’ll be able to pick your own cherries, apricots, peachs, apples and plums depending on the season of your stay! Just 5 kms away is the typical Provencal town of Cavaillon, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a big weekly street market.
The location is perfect for visiting the highlights of Provence, with most of the ‘must sees’ between 10 and 30 minutes’ drive in all directions, ie ‘Peter Mayle country’ including Ménerbes, Roussillon, Gordes, delightful St Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence and l’Isle sur Sorgue. Mediterranean beaches are a 45 minute drive. Delightful Provencal street markets with fresh produce, enticing items made of pretty Provencal fabrics and much more, plus special antique markets, abound in the area.
Change over-day is Saturday, arrivals from 4 pm /departures by 9 am. A 30% non-refundable deposit required with the Booking to secure your accomodation booking. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by e-mail or by post within 2 weeks of receiving your deposit. The balance in full must be received 8 weeks prior date booked. Late bookings and week-ends can be arranged

Leave the A 7 motorway at CAVAILLON
Drive through CAVAILLON and under the railway bridge take the direction of"AVIGNON-CARPENTRAS, then "CLINIQUE SAINT ROCH", on the D15 road
At the traffic lights, go straight on and continue on the D15 road for about 4,5 km until the roundabout planted with tall cypresses. Go straight on
Roughly 800m further on, a crossroad on the left to the Camping des Cerisiers (Route de Lagnes).Go straight on, an after this crossroad, drive pass two old farmhouses on the right handside of the road
The Moulin de Félix is 100 m after the second farmhouse on the right, just before a bridge over a canal
