Le tournesol – Vacation home full of character with swimming pool – the Luberon at a family friendly price

Street level vacation home (92m2), situated near the charming village centre of Maubec. Surrounded by wine-growing districts at the foothills of the Luberon Mountain, enjoy a wonderful view and find numerous walks, but also fastidious hikes. Fenced-in property surrounded by hedges (700m2) with tree population. Swimming pool (4.5 x 8.5m), safe for children. Alarm system at pool basin / entrance by small door, outdoor shower, summer kitchen, barbecue, garden furniture. You can eat your meals on both terraces, one of which has a roof and enjoy the fantastic view of the Luberon.
Also during the winter the house is very pleasant with ist underfloor heating. In the off-season we offer speacial prices for al longer rent.

The bedrooms
3 bedrooms with French beds
Each of the bedrooms is provided with a French double bed (140cm), small bedside table, a wardrobe and lovely equipped details matching the motto of the room.
The bedroom No 3 offers in addition a writing table and a make-up mirror.

The living quaters
Mediterranian atmosphere with lovely details makes sure that you feel comfortable

The dining room
... with its large dining table it is generously spaced and also offers a playing space.

The immediate entrance across large doors to the “breakfast – terrace” with a marvlous view to the Luberon and the vineyards make this room the center of the house.

The living room
... provides a triple leather sofa and two leather chairs an two small tables an one shelf with information material for your stay.
In addition, you can use your television or DVD player.

The kitchen
Enjoy the speciality of the Provence

The kitchen with immediate entrance to the living room is equipped with dish-washer, ceranfield, oven, refrigerator (with large freezer), coffee percolator and toaster, thus fulfilling all wishes.

The bathroom and toilet
Everything is available
with a basin, bath-tub & shower and a separate toilet offers the sanitary area, everything which (man and woman) needs for the daily hygiene.
The polishing material under the wash basin is at your disposal for cleaning activities.

The swimming pool and garden

The swimming pool

... with its 4.5 x 8.5 meters and all the things connected with it (pool lightning, deckchairs, exterior shower and terrace) makes your vacation an annual highlight.

The pool is equipped with an alarm system (in France legally required) attached directly at the pool basin. In addition is the entrance through small doors, a safety device for children.

The property
.. Approximatey 800 m2 large and offers, besides the pool, also sufficient terrace space for deck-chairs as well as a garden with trees (and rocking-chair).

The large roofed terrace can be used as a second dining room. A huge dining table with matching garden chairs as well as our summer kitchen rounds itself well with the provincial flair.

Our garden grill invites to a culinary “flight of fancy”. And also from there you have a phantastic view of the Luberon.
