On the edge of the Luberon mountain, surrounded by a peaceful scenery,"La Bastide des Cardelines, an authentic farmhouse dating back from the 18th century, would welcome you for a charming stay in Provence. 
Come to discover, visit and maybe adopt Provence for a long stay ! 
 
From an old Provence family, we will help you to discover life without artifice thanks to our cosy and detached lodgings that can host from 3 to 7 people.  
 
Located in the calm countryside, 3km away from Cavaillon, and only 1km away from the first hiking paths to the Luberon mountain, our house will be the starting point of your discovery of Provence. 
The Bastide des Cardelines is located at : 25km away from Avignon and its famous festival, 12km away from l’Isle sur la Sorgues and its Antiques market but also Gordes, St Remy de Provence, les Alpilles, Aix en Provence… 
 
Two of the houses are two storey ones. They are all well furnished with luxious living room and ensuite bedrooms, bathrooms. The third flat only has a storey. 
There are detached shaded terraces all equipped to take your meals or just to relax after a long day discovering the region.  
During the warm Summer days, our guests will share the nice and well secured swimming pool and its pool house, 
surrounded with olive trees and greensward. 
 
"CIGALON " - 2 persons 
The house is perfect to welcome 2 persons. Fully air-conditioned. 
One level house with southern exposure (30 m2) on large, tree-filled, enclosed grounds. 
Below the outside shaded terrace with a fountain stands a table and a barbecue. 
A living room with sofa bed , TV . Kitchen equipped with all comforts : microwave, oven, refrigerator. Washing machine, iron, ironing board. 
1 room with large bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilets 
RATES : from 260 € to 580 €/per week 
 
" PARPAILLON " - Max 6 persons 
Fully air-conditioned. 
It is a spacious two storey house (160 m2),located southward and facing a huge plot of wooded land (3000 m2). 
Fully air-conditioned. 
An external terrace with a porch and a fountain, a big table and a barbecue.  
The big living room has a panoramic leather sofa, a TV  
The kitchen is well furnished with : a dish washer, a micro wave, a oven, a fridge with freezer, a coffee machine and toaster. 
There is also a laundry with a washing machine, an ironing board and a vacuum and an extra bathroom. 
Two ensuite rooms located on the floor :  
« Les Magnans », decorated with ochre colours, its a romantic room :  
with a double bed. The bathroom has a tube and the toilets are detached. It can welcome 2 people.  
« La Fenière », decorated with traditional colours and furniture of the XVIII th century : 
with a baldachin bed (queen size) , a living room with chimney,and its room called « Les Tournesols » with twin beds. 
The bathroom has both a tube and a shower and the toilets are detached.La Fenière can welcome a maximum of 4 people. 
RATES : from 900 € to 1330 €/per week 
 
" CIGALE "The house is perfect to welcome 6 persons. Partly air-conditioned. 
Charming house with southern exposure, with two levels, tree-filled, enclosed grounds. 
A shaded terrace with a large table, barbecue. 
Large living room with a settee and armchairs, TV, A chimney. 
Kitchen equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator-freezer.  
Washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacum cleaner. Coffee-machine, toaster. 
Garage. 
3 rooms (on the floor). 
1 room with large bed 140 x 190. 
2 rooms with 2 twin beds 90 x 200 or a double bed 180 x 200. 
1 bathroom (bathtub), shower and toilets. 
RATES : from 500 e to 1330 €/per week

We provide the linen, towels. We don't provide the bath towels for the swimming pool. (possibility to rent them) The cleaning at the end of the stay is not include. Possibily to pay it (50 € for it) Cleaning service, cooking service, cooking class are possible (ask us for them)

There are many villages, towns and prestigious places to see : Gordes, Menerbes, Lacoste, Oppèdes le Vieux, Vaison la Romaine, Avignon,Le Pont du Gard Sault and its lavender fields, Isle sur la Sorgue and its antique shops, Mont Ventoux. But also the places in "Les Alpilles" like St Rémy de Provence, les Baux de Provence, Maussane les Alpilles, etc.... around no more 25 km to 40 km from the property.  
 
FESTIVALS 
Best known are: Orange, Avignon, Aix en Provence, Carpentras and Vaison la Romaine, the various concerts and fêtes during the holiday season.  
 
SPORTS 
Climbing : at Cavaillon, the Dentelles de Montmirail.  
Pedestrian and equestrian excursions : walks and hikes in the Ventoux, or in the prestigious Luberon mountains (only 1 km away from the property !) 
Golf : at Saumane,Avignon,St Remy de Provence  
Mountain biking and cycling : Mont Ventoux, also in the Luberon moutains 
Horse riding in the Luberon.

				High Season Price:	€1,430 per Week

30% non-refundable deposit and signed contract confirm reservation. Balance due not later than 30 days before the arrival. If cancellation is made within 30 days of the first date of the rental period, full balance is due and payable. 400 € of security deposit required before check-in.(cash in Euros, Travel checks) Clients are expected to take insurance against cancellations, as the rents paid cannot be reimbursed unless it is possible to re-let the house. (you can ask us for an insurance cancellation) Payments by Bank transfer. charges incomb to the client. The first deposit can be paid by PAYPAL. Arival times are 5 to 7pm and departures 8.30 to 10am. For late arrivals will incur a 50 euro charge to be paid locally
