3 Bedroom Villa in Flassan

The house is in 5000 square metres, half of which is garden with a lawn and 12x8 metre pool and the other half woodland. There are alot of fruit trees:- olives,figs,plums,apples,cherries,grapes, and almonds. It is situated slightly above the pretty village, having views over the village from the terrace and of Le Mont Ventoux from the patio and near garden and pool. 
Two of the bedrooms, one with double bed and the other two single beds, share a bathroom and toilet. The master bedroom which opens onto the rear patio has an en-suite shower and toilet. 
The non smoking house is centrally heated and has a wood fire. Meals can be eaten either on the terrace where the table seats 8 easily or in the kitchen (seats six) 
The village has a good restuarant and an epicerie, which acts as a social centre, both within 5 minutes walking. A car is a necessity as there are only two buses a day ( at school time) 
Walking in the area is excelent. The village organise Wednesday afternoon 3hr walks (out of high summer)Advertised in the village shop. 
It is a wine growing area with Chateauneuf du pape, Gigondas and Beame de Venise in easy reach. 
For culture Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and Orange are all in easy reach. For nature the Ardeche and Camargue are day trips. 
There are a number of reasonable golf courses in the area but they are all 40 plus minutes away and quite expensive. There is limited sking on both sides of le Mont Ventoux. The near (south side)is about 20k away at Chalet Reynard and far (North side, which is the more extensive about 25k. 
A number of restuarants in Bedoin which is 5k by car.

Cleaning service at the end of your stay, linen changed every week. Parking, room for 2 cars. Heating, oil fired, radiators in every room. Village shop open everyday, except Monday's T.V. Sky and French

The village has a shop, 3 mins walking distance with fresh bread 6 mornings out of seven. It also has a pub/restuarant which is very well known in the area for its food.
