150 yr old stone house set on the edge of the pretty Ochre village of Roussillon in the North Luberon. Set in 2 acres, mainly wooded, but with a pretty garden and small pool. Only 500 yards from the village centre with its many restaurants and bars. In 2004 the house was sympathetically restored with under-floor heating, lime-stone floors throughout with new kitchen, bathroom and shower room. There are 2 bedrooms although the second room is small with bunk beds and probably only suitable for small children. The garden faces south and situated in a valley, sheltered from the mistral wind. Fully equipped kitchen. TV, DVD & CD player. Fantastic walking and cycling country.
