Villa Bellevue is set in its own private and secluded peaceful grounds with panoramic views to the ancient towns of Fayence and Tourrettes. The large terrace overlooks the private fenced pool (with pool alarm) and the panoramic view of the hills beyond. Accommodation comprises one double and one twin bedroom, and a large living room with double sofa bed. A child’s cot (with drop side) and high chair are also available. Video with radio and CD/DVD player. Tiled bathroom with shower. Separate WC. Kitchen/Dining Room equipped with gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, ’fridge-freezer, microwave; and a BBQ is available for use on the terrace outside. Bed linen and towels included. Rates for medium and high season include electricity; low-season rates are exclusive of electricity used, but an open log fire in the living room can be used to supplement any electrical heating (logs NOT supplied!). Location: 45 mins by Motorway A8 from Nice Airport, 30 mins from nearest beach, 15 mins from Lac de Saint-Cassien (pedaloes & other boats, fishing from boat or from bank (with licence)). Other local attractions include Pony-Riding and Golf, as well as making an ideal base for a variety of well-signposted local walks. The nearby town of Fayence has many excellent restaurants, as do other local villages. For a luxury treat, the newly-opened Domaine de Terre Blanche a mile away offers a wealth of facilities for day visitors, including fine dining, golf and spas with massage. The villa is serviced by friendly local Australian lady.
