WELCOME HOME in our villa with private pool, located in a residencial area,just 1,5km from a sandy beach, restaurants and shops of the small village of St-Aygulf,6kms from FREJUS.If you like sports you have a tennis courts 100m away from the house,horse riding, several golf clubs in the area,cycling,mountain bike,walks around the pond of Villepey or the hill of Roquebrune,and of course water sports:scuba diving,sailing,boat, windsurfing board, upward parachute, water-skiing, scooter of the sea....To enjoy itself, a park of leisure,
karting,summer balls,luna park, discotheques,casino, bars and restaurants...

On the ground floor is a large living area with dining room,lounge, 1 bedroom, shower room with WC, fully equipped kitchen and garage . A large terrace with barbecue runs along the front of the property overlooking the pool and a seaview. Upstairs:2 bedrooms,1 private room for internet,1 bathroom and 1 wc .
