The house faces the sea and islands with huge outward facing windows and a wide terrace, which allows you to communicate with nature all year round.

Villa Tiipoto is built on 3 levels and is of the classic contemporary style with 15 metre long open plan living/dining room, with Palmier and large balconies to the upper levels.

This cosmopolitan house is defined by its cubic form, which communicates without limit with the outdoors.

Level 1 has entrance hall/reception room with balcony, master bedroom suite with super king size bed, A/C, private bathroom with bath, 2 basins, shower and wc., plus private balcony with fabulous views across the sea to the islands.
Level 2 has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin, modern wet-room shower room and wc, open plan living/dining room, kitchen and vast main balcony of nearly 100 sq.m.
The lower level has the private 4th bedroom with king size bed, A/C, en suite wet-room shower room and wc.

The house is furnished with classic pieces of contemporary furniture by Cassina, B&B Italia, Desalto, Conran and Liberty of London.

We have satellite system with Freesat HD+,Sky, flat screen tv's, blu-ray and dvd players and cd/stereo system. There is a good selection of cd's plus dock for your ipod.

The main balcony has a 3m dining table and barbecue for outside dining.

Outside is a private tiled pool, vast terraces with sun beds and built in banquette, with large parasols for shade, gardens and shaded boule court.

We have created an oasis of peace, the house offering relaxation and outdoor living.

The climate and open vistas allow you to enjoy the changes of the seasons, the stars and the moon.

We love the nature of the area, with its unsurpassable views, the Mediterranean hills near the coast, the sunsets, the serenity and the contrast between earth and sea.

The area is of outstanding natural beauty, with protected coastline and fabulous sandy beaches, plus the entire nature reserve of the nearby islands.

The location is ideal for a summer vacation, with excellent local facilities, Michelin starred restaurants within walking distance, plus the unique style and celebrity of nearby St Tropez.

Some of the best beaches on the coast are within a few minutes, all of which are safe for children and many with a good selection of bars and restaurants. There is an excellent designated cycle route which runs along the coast, with cycle hire being available locally. For those who like to sail or go by motor boat, there are local marinas with full hire facilities and great nearby places to visit by sea. There is also a daily ferry service from nearby Lavandou, offering trips to the Islands or along the coast to St Tropez.

Rental rates as follows: Rates quoted include for provision of all normal linen and towels, including pool towels with the exception of beach towels. The villa is cleaned prior to new lettings and our local English manager is available for extra cleaning and child minding by arrangement payable locally. We will endeavor to accommodate any special requests. Please note that our rates are based upon the euro rental quoted and that other currencies may vary. Rates will be confirmed at the time of enquiry. A surcharge may be added for single week bookings during peak season. We require payment of 25% to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable €1,500 security deposit is payable with final invoice
