Vacation Rental Description
The Mobile Home is situated on Kon Tiki campsite, Pampelonne beach. It is positioned approximately 300 metres from the beach. It is entirely equipped with hot and cold water, shower, toilet, kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. Outside there is a large patio with dining table and chairs, large parasol, sun beds and coffee table. The mobile home measures approximately 10ft x 28ft. It is fully equipped for up to 6 persons. A double bedroom. A twin bedded bedroom (can change to double). Kitchen galley. Substantial size living/dining area. The lounge seating converts to another double bed. French windows exit onto the patio from the living area.
The kitchen has gas hob. 'fridge, coffee filter machine, electric kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery and crockery. etc.
The bedrooms have blankets/duvet and pillows. You will need to bring pillow cases sheets/duvet cover, towels and tea towels.We now provide bed linen if requested for an additional fee.
Kon Tiki Site is situated on "Pampelonne Beach" one of the finest beaches on the "Cote d'Azur". A 10 mile long ribbon of fine golden sand. The beach never gets overcrowded and are lapped by the shimmering azure blue waters of the Mediterranean and are just 3 miles away from the famous resort of St Tropez. It is along the beach that you can encounter the "Jet Set" and see the yachts of "international celebrities" who anchor out at sea.
Kon Tiki has all the amenities you will require to make your holiday a very pleasant experience. There are leisure facilities throughout the season April - November. But there are more facilities in the main season of Mid June to the end of August.

Entertainment. In the main season there is entertaintment in the evenings - shows/music/dance etc. also entertainment in the restaurants on the beach.

Sited on the most famous beach in France "Pampelonne" has beautilful golden sands stretching for miles and the beautiful azure blue of the lapping water of the Mediterraen sea has to be experienced to really appreciate. Mingle with the "jet set" who can be seen in the nearby "Club 55". The famous "St. Tropez" is only 3-4 miles away. All the activities and amenities you need are on the site. A really wonderful experience awaits you on this fabulous site. Travel Options
- Nearest Airport : Nice at 90 miles distance;
- Nearest Train Station : St Raphael at 50 miles distance
- Nearest Town : St Tropez at 3 miles distance
- Travel Info: Ferry/Car is still most popular travel option. Usually using Dover-Calais. Travel crossing time 1 1/4 hours. Drive from Calais - Kon Tiki approximately 760 miles. Another option is Portsmouth - Le Havre. Crossing time 5 3/4 hours day 7 hours by night. Distance from Le Havre - Kon Tiki approximately 695 miles. Or Travel by air to Nice/Toulon or Marseille. If you use air travel - car hire would be the best option to get to Kon Tiki.

All Bookings are made on a WEEKLY basis - Saturday - Saturday during the main season (Mid June - end August). Out of season booking will be taken for days or Weekday to Weekday. (Minimum booking accepted is for £50) DEPOSIT required is £100. Remainder of payment to be paid 10 weeks before the date of your holiday.

From Easter to October Kon Tiki offers a super holiday. Just 10-15 minutes from St Tropez.
Kon Tiki is situated adjoining beautiful Pampelonne beach. Here you can indulge in water sports, laze in the sun or within minutes you can be strolling along the harbour or wandering the little back street in St Tropez.
Behind Kon Tiki are the hills with wonderful walks, with the villages of Ramatuelle and Gassin providing beautiful views, and restaurants offering good food at reasonable prices. We love to dine at Ramatuelle, it is just 10 minutes away. We think it is a lovely village to dine and then have a little walk around.
We like the markets, especially St Tropez even though it does get very busy in the main season. We have spotted several well known people while holidaying here.
A little further away is Port Grimaud known as "Little Venice" as it is built on water.
The weather at Easter is warm and the atmosphere in St Tropez is so full of life. The sea is too cold to swim for me, but the beach is wonderful.I start to swim from the 2nd week in May to October. Late Spring and Summer provide lovely weather. The Autumn is balmy and you have boat races and wine festivals.
