The roof top terrace of 25m2 with magnificent views over Provencal countryside has a large table, chairs and bench. Adjacent to the house you will find a landscaped & walled private sunny garden with newly built mosaic tiled pool 6m x 8m. A large surrounding patio area with gas bbq, dining table and chairs, sun loungers and night lighting ensure wonderful evenings. At the entrance there is a small patio and parking for two cars. St Tropez and Pampellone beach with all the restaurants and nightlife is 25 minutes drive.

Val de Gilly is a small Hamlet located down a 6km country lane between vinyards in unspoiled provencal countryside, 6km from the Historic village of Grimaud. Surrounding the hamlet is the Maures National Park with hundreds of kilometres of walking and riding trails and a lovely river with waterfall is only 10 minutes stroll from the Hamlet. There are great restaurants in Grimaud including Michelin starred Les Santons, or there are local restaurants in Cogolin Village, La Garde Freinet and of course St Tropez has many restaurants to suit any tastes. The beaches of Port Grimaud and Cogolin are 15 minutes drive or famous Pampellone is around 25 minutes drive.
