Traversant provencal apartment on the water overlooking the boats on the way out to gulf of St Tropez.
Vacation Rental Description
This traversant apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008. The Tropezien apartment is Provencal in style with open plan living room and kitchen leading directly out on to the newly constructed deck. The deck looks directly on to the water with moorings where sailboats and motor boats pass by. The residence is secure with a guardian and an electronic barrier. A private swimming pool along with a children's paddle pool is in the residence. A twice daily boat goes to St Tropez from the marina located 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There are 3 restaurants in the marina 100m from the apartment. The apartment has a secure underground enclosed garage underground. Only 20 minute cycle to the Senequier!Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bathrooms: The shower room has a large oversized base with a rain shower.
Kitchen: Cooker/microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Utility Room: Iron, ironing board, clothes horse.
Living Rooms: Flat screen TV 40' with DVD player.
Other: The bedrooms are peaceful and quiet when both the shutters and the windows are closed. The residence is very peaceful and quiet. There is security at the residence entrance
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Clean linen and towels & beach towels are extra. i.e. 60 Euro
Ideal for Adults. Regarding children, whilst we welcome children the garden leads straight onto the water without a barrier and may therefore not be suitable for small children.

Accessibility
There are 4 steps to enter the apartment building. These are the only steps that must be climbed in the residence.
Outside
The apartment has a private deck. The seating furniture can be used indoors or outdoors. A parasol is provided for shade in the sun. The residence private pool includes a small paddle pool for children. A security key is provided to access private pools and lounge chairs. Not ideally suitable for children because the deck leads directly to a drop of approximately one meter in height. The deck also leads directly to the quayside where the boats are berthed.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Port Grimaud an St Tropez are within 5 minutes drive.
Golf
A short distance to the Gassin Golf and Country club 3km away. St Maxime golf course is 7km.
Skiing
Skiing is a 3 hour drive away to ISOLA 2000.
Travel
Nearest airports are Nice, Toulon, La Mole and Marseille.
Distances
St Tropez - 3km or 20 minute cycle. Port Grimaud - 1km or 5 minute cycle.
Further details
Boat twice daily from quay 50 meters away to St Tropez. 25 minute cycle along newly built cycle lane from Port Cogolin to St Tropez. Dine in the mutitude of fine restaurants.
Make sure to visit the morning markets in Place des Lices on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Take a boat trip to see the magnificent villas between St Tropez and Parc de St Tropez.
