Les Jardins du Pinet is the most beautiful development in the South of France. It is ideally located just 400m (5 minutes on foot) from the famous Tahiti beach on the eastern edge of Pampelonne and 2 miles from the centre of St Tropez. This tranquil gated residence has a magnificent 25m heated pool which is surrounded by palm and pine trees where you can enjoy the millionaire lifestyle. There are two tennis courts and table tennis. The property is on one level, ground floor, with private, south facing garden and terrace being the perfect place to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or to dine while the sun sets. The apartment having just been completely re-furbished comprises, main bedroom with en-suite shower room, lounge and kitchen area with sofa beds. Shuttered patio doors leading to terrace. On the beach there are a number of bars, restaurants and beach clubs to suit all tastes, including Tahiti, Voile Rouge, Nikki Beach & the famous Club 55. Available from May.

St Tropez is a 16th century town and port with some of the most fashionable shops, bars and nightclubs on the Cote d’Azur, this is where the rich and famous anchor their yachts and star spotters watch. Explore the wonderful and diverse Cote d'Azur, hillside villages of Ramatuelle, Gassin, & Grimaud. The Maures mountains and villages, Provencal countryside, Aix en Provence or the cosmopolitan Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes or the old harbour of Antibes or go west to Hyeres, Toulon and Marseille. And for the more adventurous, the islands of Porquerolles, the nature reserve Island of Port-cros, Corsica and Sardinia. Whatever you want from a holiday - you will find it here. Activities
Walking: Access to the Sentier Littoral is from Pampelonne beach. Many of the tiny beaches & promontories can only be reached by foot or boat which means they are quiet, peaceful & unspoilt. Touring: The Cote d'azure is very diverse. Les Jardins is the perfect base to explore the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Nice, Cannes & Monte Carlo, the ancient hillside villages of Ramatuelle, Gassin & Grimaud, old ports of St Tropez, Hyeres Toulon, Marseilles & Antibes. Mountains, beautiful Provencal countryside, the countless vineyards & picturesque villages. Shopping: Almost every designer brand is available in St Tropez's beautiful 16 century shopping area. Markets: The colourful farmers market is in the shade of the giant elm trees at the Place de Lices on Tuesday & Saturday mornings. Here you can buy locally grown fruit, vegetables, farm reared pork, local olives, tapenade, anchioade & paella.

A 10% deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance of holiday rates due 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement. Cancellation of the booking by the holidaymaker should be made in writing. If the reason for the cancellation is illness or other extreme unavoidable cause, the owner will repay, excluding the deposit, the following amounts:- a. 29-56 days before holiday date 50% of rental b. 15-26 days before holiday date 25% of rental c. 0 -14 days before holiday date 10% of rental d. Where there is no qualifying reason for a refund, such as illness, no refund will be made. The owner, however, will allow for deposits to be carried forward against suitable alternative holiday dates if these can be arranged. If the holidaymaker terminates their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are still obliged to pay the full rental price.
