The house is situated 6 kms east of Sanary, in a very quiet residential area,very safe for children as there is no through traffic, within walking distance of several sandy beaches,less than 1 km from the picturesque harbour Le Brusc with supermarkets, restaurants and all facilities. 
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin. Both open onto a sheltered terrace ideal for sunbathing, with some view of the sea. Downstairs, there is a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, micro-wave oven, oven, coffee-maker, toaster, electric kettle, gas:electric 4 ring stove- a sitting-dining-room with TV, audio-tape player, DVD player - a bathroom - separate toilets - a shaded patio with dining area - a garage with with washing-machine,deep-freeze and a second fridge 
Access to internet can be provided for stays of one month and more 
It is situated at the tip of a peninsula with 18 kms of coastlines, islands and numerous sandy beaches. A great surface of the peninsula is covered in forests where paths are open to hikers, horse-riders and montain-bike riders and a great number of them to cyclists, too. 
There are ample opportunities for diving - 2 diving-schools nearby - and wind-surfing.For the 6th time running, the town has been awarded a "pavillon bleu " - blue flag - for the cleanliness of its beaches.There are ample opportunities for rock climbing at all levels all the year round and for people interested in golf there is an excellent golf course - 18 holes - near Bandol, within 20 minutes'drive. 
A 10 minutes'boat ride takes you to the Embiez island with its aquarium and aquascope. 
There is a low cost daily flight from London Stanstead to Toulon - 25 kms to the east. 
it is a peaceful touring base for Saint Tropez,Nice, Cannes, Monaco to the East, Marseille, Aix-en-provence, Avignon, Arles to the West,the cliffs of verdon canyon, the Lubéron to the north. It takes one hour and a half to drive to Nice, under one hour to Marseille and Aix-en-provence

    Exclusive of electricity except in summer. The house is fully heated by electric radiators but winters are very mild and the house need not be heated from April to November. Booking deposit : 30%, not refundable, full payment on arrival. Damage deposit : 200 euros,r efundable on departure. Cleaning charge of 45 euros except in low season when guests have the option of cleaning the house themselves before departure The price is 5% lower for stays of 3 weeks, 10% lower for stays of 4 weeks, 20% lower for stays of at least 2 months and 30% for 3 months. Rentals run from saturdays to satudays except from October to the end of maywhen dates are more flexible and rates adjusted accordingly
