This is a beautiful four room condo with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and the Isle de Bendor in  
Sanary-sur-Mer. The living and adjoing dining room enjoy high ceilings and have a spacious and airy feeling to them. The apartment is decorated with light Scandinavian wood furnishings. There is a futon couch/bed in the living for those who like to sleep near the balcony, feeling the sea-breeze and listening to the calming waves. There is a small bedroom on the first floor. The second floor has a larger bedroom with a double bed. There is also a balcony on the second floor with a large writing desk, and a pull-out bed. The bathroom which has been renovated recently consist of a new sink and shower. The WC is separate and found in the entrance hall. The condo has two levels and is sitiuated on the first floor of the Moulin des Costes, name of building. There are two parking spaces in the parking lot, 259 & 260 that belong to the condo. The condo is located in the lovely quartier Beaucours of Sanary-sur-Mer, just outside the town. Sanary-sur-Mer is a picturesque Provençal fishing village, once the home to Jacques Cousteau; it boasts of its super boutiques for shopping, exquisite restaurants for dining, theatres and festivals for entertaining, and its the gorgeous beaches for sunning and swimming. This Cote d'Azur village truly is a bit of paradise on earth.

There is an outdoor table with chairs on the balcony for outside dining. A large closet near the kitchen offers plenty of space for groceries and supplies. The small kitchen offers two stove-top electric burners for cooking. Recycling and refuse bins are also conveniently located on the property. A small private path leads to the pebbly, private beach below the Condo. A sandy beach, with café and restaurant, Plage Port d'Issol, is within walking distance from the Condo. Cleaning and linen service are included in the rental price.

The enchanting medieval village of le Castellet with its 11th church is a quick drive from the Condo. The numerous antique shops, Provençal boutiques, crêperies and restaurants, along its small cobble-lined streets, make a trip 
there worthwhile. The panoramic views atop this perched medieval village are just breathtaking. The oldest chapel  
in Europe, Notre-Dame de Pépiole, is situated in Sanary's neighboring town of Six-Fours-les-Plages. This small Merovigian chapel dates back to the fifth century. The large naval port of Toulon is only twenty minutes from the Condo. The téléphérique or gondola carries passengers to the top of Mt. Faron for a small fee. There is a zoo, restaurant, museum, horse-carriage rides, and picnic area, on top of the mountain with exquisite views of the port and coastline. Bandol, Sanary's other neighboring town, is replete with pristine sandy beaches, sundry boutiques, restaurants, vineyards and casino.

Toulon, twenty minutes from the Condo has a large train station with trains that run througout France and various cities in Europe.
