The villa is built in the style of a Roman villa, around its own courtyard with an Italian style garden which is totally secluded. The property is light, airy and modern, and benefits from the fact the whole property can be opened up all around overlooking the various style gardens. It is extremely quiet whether you want to stroll around the gardens or just relax by the swimming pool. It is an extremely easy and comfortable property to run and yet just a short walk into the local village. The bedrooms are situated at one end of the property separated by a long hallway with the master suite at the end. From this hallway you enter the living room/dining room which in turn flows into the kitchen. Through a glass sliding door you enter the fully fitted summer kitchen which includes a four burner hob, BBQ , pizza oven,with dining table /chairs wicker chairs and sofa and beyond this is the swimming pool sunbathing terraces and gardens.

The area is a massive wine growing and olive growing region. To the north there are wonderful hills lakes and plateaus and to the south the beaches are only 1hr away. There are numerous villages (medieval) and towns to visit with almost all of them having there own markets. If you love cycling ,walking or kayaking, then all of this is on your doorstep. The spectacular Gorge de Verdon is about 45 minutes away and to the west are Aix en Provence and Avignon.

Villa Oasis is situated on the outskirts of the village of Montfort-sur -Argens which has its own bakery provisions shop and wine cave plus two excellent restaurants. A short drive away are several other villages which have an excellent selection of restaurants, bars and shops to suit all tastes. The property is totally secluded and peaceful and yet it is only one hour from Cannes and one and a half hours to St Tropez. Monte Carlo is a 90 minute drive away with the Italian border just a few kms further on ideal for those shopping treats. The Var also has several championship golf courses which include La Motte, Nans les Pins about 30 minutes away and Barbaroux, at Brignoles just 20 minutes away.

The villa was designed and built about 15 years ago by the original owner in the style of a Roman villa on one level built around its own courtyard. It has one and a half acres of truly beautiful gardens with 2 fully stocked fishponds and flowering shrubs and roses galore. The summer kitchen houses its own BBQ, pizza oven and hob for those alfresco meals. Beyond this is the partially covered infinity pool which is floodlit both above and below, ideal for those evening dips.

The owners live on site in an independant guest house with its own private access and do not encroach on the guests privacy.This enables them to service and clean the pool in the morning and tend to any matters arising so that you may have a trouble free holiday. However they will always be willing to offer any help if requested. Your privacy is assured at all times.

Bookings should be accompanied by a 30% deposit of the rental sum which will be confirmed by post or e-mail.The balance plus a returnable breakages fee of £300 should be paid six weeks before arrival. The breakages deposit will be returned by post at the rental end. All breakages will be deducted from the breakages deposit unless they are replaced by the client.
Bookings made within six weeks of the rental date should be paid in full at the time of booking and are not refundable.
The property is available from 4.30pm-10.00pm on the day of arrival unless by other arrangement or else you need to arrive by 12.00 noon the next day. The villa should be vacated by 10.00am on departure.
Directions will be sent on receipt of final payment.
We cannot accept responsibility for personal effects and advise you take out personal accident and travel insurance. Long lets may be negotiable.
If meals required they will be at an additional cost.
