Extremely spacious self contained and newly converted two bedroom apartment with separate entrance and occupying the whole of the ground floor of a Provencal villa with new swimming pool and fully equipped summer kitchen. The first floor is never rented but is occasionally used by the owners. Featuring fabulous views over the local vineyards and Maures Mountains. 
 
Around the pool are sun loungers and table and chairs for your use. Table tennis and hammock in the grounds. 
 
The property is conveniently situated in the pretty winemaking village of Taradeau in the heart of Provence, and within easy reach of the Cote d'Azur and Mediterranean resorts such as St Maxime and St Tropez. 
 
There are numerous beautiful medieval villages close by. Markets selling the fabulous local produce and crafts are held on different days of the week. There is an excellent Hypermarket 10 minutes drive away. Freshly picked melons, peaches, nectarines, tomatoes, aubergines etc can be purchased from the local Mayor's farm in July and August. 
 
The village of Taradeau boasts an award-winning wine cooperative and close by are a number of first class chateaux where many interesting wines may be sampled.  
 
Numerous reasonably priced and also gastronomic restaurants are within a short drive. 
 
There are many golf courses in the area and public tennis courts in the village.
