				Low Season Price:	€1,750 per Week
				High Season Price:	€2,750 per Week

50% of the total price is required as deposit when booking, unless agreed prior to the rental between the renter and the landlord. The remaining balance of the total amount must be paid 2 months (60 days) prior to the date of arrival, along with the payment of a security deposit of 1500€ to cover breakages and damages. The security deposit will be refunded in full within a week after departure, less the cost of any damage or breakage. In case of cancellation 2 months (60 days ) before commencement of the rental, the 50% deposit will be refunded in full. In case of cancellation between 2 months (60 days ) and 1 month (30 days) before commencement of the rental, 50% of the price will be retained. The security deposit will be refunded in full. In case of cancellation less than a month (30 days) before commencement of the rental, no refund of the rent will be made.
