The apartment “Down Under” has 3 spacious bedrooms each with its large cupboard, bedside tables and night lamps and a ceiling fan including lights. The maximum occupation is 6 persons and 1 baby. 
Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with king size beds. The french windows open up to the ground level south facing terraces and its panoramic views across the pool to the Mediterranean. 
The third bedroom has 2 single beds (can be fixed together as 3rd king size bed) and the window is opening up towards the garden. 
Cot, changing table, highchair and crib/cradle are available on request. 
 
The panoramic views from dining and living area are of special charm. The big ground level room is leading towards the terrace and the pool. The living room is equipped with a large comfortable leather sofa, 2 leather and 1 fabric armchairs and a living room table. 
The equipment includes TV, Satellite receiver (Eutel Sat & Astra), DVD player, Radio, a “game table”, board games as well as books also for the young ones, placed on the rack next to it. 
Furthermore you will find information on the local activities and sightseeing of the region as well as on restaurants. 
 
The large, u-form kitchen (2003) is equipped with oven, glass-ceramic hob, hood with lights, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker and much more as well as pots and pans and barbecue cutlery for the barbecue on the terrace outside. Crockery and cutlery as well as glass ware is sufficient for 6 – not to forget our youngest guests! Kitchen directly leads to the dining area. 
 
The two perfectly, luxurious and fully equipped bathrooms of the apartment where designed in different colors and are both tiled up to the ceiling. 
The big "sand" colored bathroom has 2 big wash basins, large mirrors with glass shelves, a big corner shower, toilet, bidet and a large oval tub. Next to the entrance door is a rack with body care product samples for him & her and bath toys for the youngest. 
The smaller "blue" bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink (basin), mirror, glass shelf and a toilet. 
Self-evident: a hair dryer in each bathroom!

Should you decide to stay with us you will realize the omnipresence of the med with magnificent views to the sandy beaches of Les Issambres, the Golf of St Raphael and that you are able to admire all this from the inside, the terraces and the pool. The apartment is at ground level and has direct access to the pool, an individual entrance and parking for 2 cars on totally fenced grounds. You may use the outside equipment, terraces, gas bbq, sun loungers and for the youngest of the guest the sand pit and swing. The Villa is situated in a very quiet, residential area and you will – even in summer - enjoy the calmness of the area.
