This property consists of two houses situated very high and beautiful. Main house has living room with TV, video, hifi, phone/fax ,fireplace. access to terracce on 2 sides. 3 bedrooms 2 of which with entrance to terracce. Bathroom, separate toilet. Large dining room in glass, with entrance to kitchen and garden.Very cosy in spring, winter and autumm The kitchen is large with TV dishwasher, washing machine, professional oven, coffee machine, espresso, large refrigerateur and freezer. Entrance to parkign ground outside. The guest house lies at the end of the pool, surrounded by 150sqm of terracce. Grill and outdoor kitchen. The Maison des amis, has a covered terracce, and 2 bedrooms one with TV, both access to terracce. Here 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. The ground is some 1800sqm, and only with neighbour at one side. 1,5km from the villa Le Thoronet and some 6 km from thre highway. Nice and Toulon and Aix in less than one hour

You will most certainly want to stay in the area some days, but when you want to explore, you will reach Italy, Menton, Monaco, Nice, Cannes, St Tropez, Toulon, Aix Marseille in less or a little above one hour by car on the highway. So the driving time is by no means exhausting,and you will have plenty of time to enjoy the places you have gone to.

One of the major advantages of this area is ofcourse the stability of the climate. Especially this area has more than 300 days of sun per year, it is dry and very pleasant at all times of the year. It is ofcourse an rea where many people from around the world comes all over the year, but there is a daily life in the villages, the cities around, so you would not have time enough to see and visit and experience it all.

Dear Flemming,
 
We had a very pleasant stay in "Albert" Le Thoronet.
 
The grandchildren enjoyed the new swimmingpool from morning till dark.
The villages in the neighbourhood as Ampus,Cotignac and many others are so nice and have such splendid restaurants.
 
Some tips for the house ( although in general its very confortable):
- outside lights on the main terrace
- an extra parasol on the terrace ( now we had to move one from the pool)
- some more table naps ( nos there is only one )
But these are only minor remarks and in general we were most happy with the house
 
The missing of the internet was more important for me and my son ( we are steel traders ),but we got an agreement
with Hotel de L'Abbey in the village and i am convinced you did all you could to get it in on time.
 
About the deposit:
- bed linen and towels: 9 x 15 Eur =  135 Eur
- final cleaning : 125 Eur
- we broke 1 champagne glass
 
We are very happy with our stay and we recomend "Albert" to some of our friends.

Yes indeed, we had a very good time in your house and I’m just a bit jealous that you can be there now!  We had 2 weeks sunshine and enjoyed the lovely garden, swimming pool and the easy distance to all places of interest. Being there with grown-up children, the guest house was ideal: old generation in the main house and the youngsters among themselves at the other corner… Also, we liked the kitchen very much, big enough to cook for 10 persons and well equipped!
 
We realized that there will be some renovation going on, since a lot of things have been delivered while we were there. We are quite curious how it will look!
