Domaine Bellevue is a delightful old Provencal 'Mas' entirely renovated & situated on a private estate of 25 acres. Facing south, surrounded by forests, olive-trees and overlooking its own vineyard. Ideal for a quiet and peaceful holiday. To the front, on lower terrace is a large tropical style pool 14.5x6,metres 1.8 mts deep, shallow end for children. Alarm systems. 
 
In the front of the house is a wide stone terrace shaded by two old plane trees. Fixed BBQ. Plenty of relaxing garden furniture. Swing for children. Ping-Pong. Large bar-room, fridges, piano, seperate access from terrace. Owners look after the property, garden, & pool and occupy a studio and 'cabanon' at the rear with separate pool. They have been renting 'Belle Vue' for more than 25 years. 
 
Clients, & many repeat clients, are reassured by the fact that they are on the premises and to look after their every need. Clients & kids, who like domestic animals, preferred. Clients pets are very welcome. Smokers are not banned. 
 
Seclusion and things to do: 
 
This property is very secluded. Particularly around the pool. An ideal holiday home for naturist families and friends.'This statement made by a naturist family in 2008. The property is also ideal for artists. Many French impressionists claimed that the light of Provence was perfect for their talents. Early May is an ideal month, all the different leaves of the trees,the vines,the forests, are changing their spring colors. Whether you wish to paint a mountain or hillside, a vineyard, or the lakes. 
 
BelleVue is an ideal place. Maybe you are a writer, and wish to have calm and peace to concentrate on writing a book or poetry. Again it is perfect. There is an internet connection in the house.that is available. Maybe you are looking to purchase a property in Provence, Bellevue is ideally placed to visit the region. Further Details: 
 
All linen including towels. One morning's cleaning per week. Extra cleaning available. Pool alarm system to be activated by parents. Children's safety is responsibility of parents. Although owners live on premises clients privacy is highly respected. Sunbathing around pool and terrace is very secluded. 
 
Provided clients do not feed our animals from the BBQ they remain discreetly at the rear of the property with us. Children are welcome to play with the dogs. 'Boules' available for the lawn and other ball games. There is a very cosy bar-room from the kitchen, French windows onto terrace. In the bar, a real bar, you supply your own drinks, a large long fridge, bar-stools. rustic interior. 
 
Lots of decorations. from other bars!. Upright piano, regularly tuned. Electronic piano, kids love it Piped music from the salon. Dark red walls and cozy lighting. Large wood burning chimney. Cooking in old Irish cast-iron 'marmite'.Queen Victoria's favorite dish in Provence was 'Lancashire Hot pot!

* Prices are quoted in ( € ) Euros, however payments can be accepted in other currency's at the current rate of exchange. Please note that all reservations start & terminate on Saturdays. Clients are requested not to arrive before 5.pm on the Saturday (unless previous arrangements have been made) No objections if you wish to arrive in the late morning, deposit your luggage and then go off for lunch. Returning later in the afternoon. Please vacate the property by 10.00 am on the Saturday morning. To facilitate cleaning. 
 
You are strongly advised to take out your own cancellation insurance as neither deposits or full payments are refunded.

During the low season periods, i.e April & May & late September to mid-October.Prices can be negotiated.Long winter rentals are available at competitive prices.
For bookings,when clients number less than the maximum the house sleeps,price reductions can be discussed.
For all bookings a 25% deposit is required. The remainder should be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the booking date. For reservations made less than 6 weeks before the commencing date special arrangements can be made. During winter months, special arrangements can be made for long rentals.

We have been renting this restored farmhouse, with private vineyard and olive grove since 1975. A comfortable property in the old style. Kitchen and bathrooms all fitted with modern appliances.
