The Spacious (200 m²) villa is the owner's family retreat, situated on the French Riviera and filled with home comforts, ideal for up to 10 persons. The first floor has four bedrooms, three with south facing balconies, one bathroom, one shower room, toilets and the entrance hall. 
The ground floor has a large living room with French windows opening straight onto the beautiful sea view and patio. The newly fitted kitchen, also with French doors to the patio, has a large dining table for up to 12 people. There is a utility room and a downstairs toilet. First Floor

Ground Floor  
The Living Room: 
Has comfortable armchairs and a sofa, for up to 10 people, with French windows leading directly onto the patio with stunning views over the islands. There is an open fireplace, a TV, games, books and tourist guides, maps and a telephone. 
 
The Utility Room:  
Has a downstairs toilet, washing machine and dryer, second telephone point, safe, tools and owners' personal items  
 
The Kitchen:  
This is a very modern kitchen, suiting the most discerning 'holiday-chef'. It is very well appointed, with all the modern equipment you would expect. It has an electric oven with rings, a microwave, dishwasher, two fridges, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc…. The large dining table seats up to 12 persons. The French windows open directly onto the patio.  
 
The Patio / Terrace:  
The spacious south facing view terrace has a large garden table and 12 chairs. It is the perfect place to have breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner, and is ideal for sunbathing, reading or just admiring the view. Don't forget your binoculars! Enjoy the song of the cicadas ... There is an additional cane coffee table with chairs and sun bed chairs, a Table Tennis table, a gas Barbecue and logs for the inside fire place. 
 
The Garden: 
The large fenced Provencal style Landscaped Garden has pine trees, green oaks, mimosa and colourful flower beds below the Patio with a large selection of flowers from Provence. 
The Car Park at the rear of the villa can hold three to four cars. 
 
ACCESS TO THE SEA 
Is through a gate, with a private stairway leading to the sea shore. There you can enjoy a peaceful swim, snorkeling or/and scuba diving, fishing, windsurfing or sunbathing. It gets the sun early in the morning until late in the afternoon and is a wonderful retreat from the busy beaches away from the crowds.

The villa has a large (2000 m2) fenced garden with pine trees, green oaks, mimosas and abundant flowers. From a very safe wooden stairway you can walk down to the sea and enjoy a peaceful swim, snorkeling or / and scuba diving, windsurfing or sunbathing.
