Ground floor of the villa is completely independent and has its own independent entrance, living room and kitchen. It faces south to the full sea in Presqu'île de Giens with semi- tropical and Mediterranean garden on Two levels. The breath taking view and tranquility enhance your holiday. Access to coves and creeks 5-10 min by foot.  
Ground floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds in each plus 1 single bed and sofabed in the living room. 
The living room of a ground floor has bar, dining table, kitchen, single bed/sofa and sliding doors giving out onto a deck to the garden. 
 
Ground floor has 1 large bathroom, a unique large shower and WC. 
There is also kitchen on a ground floor with cooker, gas oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and clothes washing machine.

Coast/beach: A few minute walk to the coves and creeks down below the house on the trails. Water is clear and full of fish, a paradise for scuba diving and exploring the rocky coast. 10 to 15min walk to pebble beaches farther down the coast. 15 min walk to sandy beaches or 5 min by car to Almanarre beach or La Capte beaches. There is a hiking path that goes all around the peninsula through sumptuous. landscapes, forests, cliffs and breathtaking seascapes. This takes 4 hours. 
Golf course 20 minutes away by car, near L'Aygade. 
 
You have grocery and bread shops in Giens,plus a tabac and press. 
A catholic church, a tea salon and restaurants. 
 
There are many activities locally: Windsurfing, Kitesurfing at the world famous Almanarr beach. Kayaking and canoeing, Clubs for deep sea diving.Bird and plant watching society as there is a sanctuary for birds and plants in the Salins. The pink flamingoes are here all year round.
