Other facilities include air conditionning, TV, internet access, a car park and a tennis court (free access for the residents). Sleeps 4. Ideal for a family.

Access: - by plane: Toulon-Hyères airport (flights to Stansted and car rental) is 7 km away, Marseille-Provence airport is 117 km away and Nice Cote d'Azur airport 154km. - by train: high speed trains to Toulon from Paris, regional trains from Toulon and Marseille to Hyères

    • The Giens peninsula is an ideal location for outdoor activities such as windsurfing, diving, snorkeling, hiking. The Valcros golfcourse is 20km away. 
    The sea is 25 meters away from the house. There is easy access to nearby coves and beaches. 
    There is a tennis court in the residence (100 m. from the house and free access).  
    There are numerous restaurants in Hyères and the vicinity. 
    Saint Tropez is only an hour drive away. 
    Once you are here, or prior to arrival, the landlords will be happy to provide you with more information should you wish to.

    The flat can be rented year round on a weekly basis. A 30% deposit is required when booking and returning one of the copies of the contract signed. The remainder is payed on arrival as well as a 500€ guarantee which is refunded on departure. Payment of the deposit is best done by bank transfer.
