Vacation Rental Description
Les Belles Lurettes sleeps 8 and is built on 2 levels with a private driveway, ample parking, surrounded by woodland and lawned gardens with wonderful views over Les Massif des Maures. 
 
Facing south, looking over the valley to wooded hills, the main house has a master bedroom with a covered veranda opening on to the garden, an ensuite bathroom and small walk through dressing area. A second double bedroom and another twinbedded room share a shower room and a separate guest loo. An ancient stone building on the pool terrace houses the 4th bedroom with ensuite shower room. All bedrooms open onto the terrace or garden. 
 
The living area is spacious and open plan. The sitting area accommodates 8 comfortably, with an open fireplace, TV/DVD, stereo,and has a good collection of board games,books, DVD's and CD's plus wifi Broadband. The dining area has a locally made square oak table and matching 8 chairs and seats 12 comfortably. The kitchen area has traditional wooden cupboards and tiled surfaces, a double sink, halogen hotplate, microwave, fan oven, plus dishwasher and fridge freezer. Crockery cutlery and glassware for 8 people are provided. A washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge freezer are located in an outbuilding attached to the house. 
 
Our house manager looks after our guests on arrival,provides some welcome goodies, a weekly linen change, and cleans at the end of your stay. The pool is maintained twice weekly throughout the season and the gardens weekly; there is an automatic watering system which operates at night in the lawned areas of the garden. 
 
Les Belles Lurettes is a well equipped, well furnished and much loved holiday home with good attention to details such as hairdryers, table tennis, badminton, outside dining and cooking facilities, plenty of sunloungers, pool toys etc. Good quality bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided. The pool is approx 10x15m, heated by chaleur to an average temperature of 28 degrees and covered with an electric safety cover. There is central heating and heated towel rails in each bathroom.

    • La Garde Freinet, surrounded by cork and chestnut trees, retains its medieval atmosphere with a maze of narrow streets, stone and shuttered buildings, an art gallery, bars, restaurants, antique, clothes and food shops including wonderful butchers and bakeries and a superb wine shop. There is a bank with a cash point, post office and a sports stadium. There are festivals and fetes throughout the year and traditional markets on Sunday and Wednesday plus periodic brocante sales. 
     
    The surrounding area is rich with places to visit from castles and abbeys to wineries and beaches; whether your thing is culture or clubbing, its within easy reach.
