TGV railway station Les Arcs/Draguignan at 14km

parent's sleeping room with 1 twin bed (200x80cm +200x80cm),

kitchen with fridge/freezer, hotplate (2 places, gas), extractor hood, chest, cofee machine, mini-oven, dishwasher (8 persons), rolling table, complete crockery and cooking accessories, 
bathroom with cupboards, sink, bidet, toilet, bath tub, wash-hand basin, washing machine, vacuum cleaner with replacement bags, iron with ironing board, 
miscellaneous 
- Cleanliness: The house must be returned immaculately clean, if this is not the 
case, 55 € will be deducted from the deposit 
- terrace in front of the house equiped with pergola, table and 4 chairs 
- private car parking 
- pets are not allowed 
- smoking in the house and in the garden are not permitted (fire risks). 
- naturism is not permitted. 
- the house, the swimming pool and the environment are not adapted to children 
under 10 years. 
- the environment is very quiet, please respect the piece and tranquillity of the 
neighbourhood. 
- Car parking on the property 
- The departures on Saturday should take place before 10am 
- The arrivals on Saturday should take place before 4pm 
 
Services/Options 
- Option « Cleaning service »: End-cleaning available upon request for 55€ 
- Option « Supply of bed-sheets linen »: Supply (one time) of bed sheets linen 
and pillowcovers for 4 persons. This service is available upon request for 40€ (the 
pillows and the blankets are always provided free of charge) 
- Option « Supply of towels »: Supply (one time) of towels, bath towels and 
washrags, for 4 persons.This service is available upon request for 30€ 
 
Nota electricity consumption (*): For the periods indicated with an * in the price table, the electricity consumption is counted aditionally, acording to the counter consumption in kw/h and deducted from the guaranty deposit.For information: Price for the kWh 2009 EDF (Electricité de France) = 0,11 €/kWh included the VAT

- Reservation payment: 25% of the total rent amount is to be paid at the reservation by bank transfer - Refundable guaranty deposit: 200 €, to be paid at the arrival with the balance due (including the eventual options) in cash, after house inventory.
