Situated half-way between St Tropez and the Gorges du Verdon this cosy, well-equipped apartment attached to a recently built villa on an enclosed olive grove offers peace and tranquillity whilst being only 15 minutes walk away from the centre of the lively, typically Provençal village of Flayosc. The apartment offers every modern convenience: oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, TV (BBC, ITV, French channels), DVD and hi-fi, shared use of washing/drying facilities. It is electrically heated, has a log burner for cosy winter evenings and air conditioning for the summer. The private terrace and garden area looks over vineyards and olive groves and is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. The 9.5x4.5m above ground pool is shared with the resident English owners. Flayosc is a superb base for a wonderful holiday: relax in the sunshine, walk or cycle (2 bikes provided) in the beautiful countryside, visit the coast, the mountains or the colourful provençal markets.

    • Les Oliviers is 15 minutes walk from the centre of the village of Flayosc which has an amazing variety of shops including 3 boulangeries, 2 small supermarkets, excellent quality butcher and fresh fish shop, superb delicatessen which will deliver full, good quality meals to the apartment if you wish. The apartment is cool in summer (well insulated and fitted with air conditioning) and has electric heating and a log burning stove for winter evenings.

    • Situated between the sea and the Gorge du Verdon; Les Oliviers is perfectly placed for a wide range of activities all within a maximum of an hour's drive. There is a lovely ski station at Gréolières les Neiges - perfect for families; the Gorge du Verdon offers a range of water activities and the sea is not far away.

    Should 2 couples wish to holiday together we have an additional, totally independent en-suite bedroom with separate wc with wash handbasin available at a supplement. Please note that this bedroom is not available to rent separately from the apartment nor is it suitable for children as it is completely separate from the apartment. Discounts are available for long winter lets - please contact us for details. Prices are fully inclusive of all linen (including pool towels), electricity (including electric heating in the winter months and air-conditioning in the summer) and welcome basket on arrival. A 33% deposit payable when booking. Payment may be made in pounds sterling or in euros. The balance with a damage / cleaning deposit of £100 to be paid 8 weeks before the holiday commences. Guests are advised to ensure that they have adequate holiday insurance.
