Villa ST ROCH with private POOL in its own grounds. A pool alarm is fitted in compliance with legal requirements. Our Provençal style villa sits on a hillside facing south east with a magnificient VIEW over the unspoiled mediaeval village of Montferrat. It has a stone barbecue. The villa is well kept and comfortably furnished.
The villa is suitable for 2 families and is just a SHORT walk from the village. The Lounge opens onto a large, covered Terrace with garden furniture, and a large fridge/freezer. There is a Panoramic view over the Village, superb at night, and the gardens and pool nestled on a beautifully wooded hillside, offers both open and shaded lounging areas with complete privacy.
A double and twin Bedroom are on the main floor along with a fully furnished Bath/shower/toilet room. A mezzanine gallery leads to the Master Bedroom with antique furniture. The bedroom window overlooks the Pool. Another Bedroom with 2 king size single beds, separate W.C. and shower room share this floor. The floors are covered with beautifull tiles very cool in the summer.
