Vacation Rental Description
Our villa is set in its own grounds of nearly 2 acres and we offer one independent room for Bed and Breakfast with private entrance, parking and outside seating. 30 sq mtrs large it is split into two areas ( separated by a curtained arch ) the main room sleeps 2 in a double bed, the smaller area has a single bed and we can provide an extra bed or cot if required. Lovely large well equipped shower room with w.c., vanity unit and walk-in shower. Furnished with walnut and pine, beamed ceiling, screened windows, all very comfortable. We supply all linens and towels ( not beach towels) and everything necessary to prepare simple meals, fridge, microwave, kettle and all dishes, plates etc. There are chairs, table and parasol just outside where you may smoke if you wish. 
 
Our guests have unrestricted exclusive use of the pool, breakfast is served either in the room or on the covered terrace.

Many vineyards and olive groves. 
    Approximately 1 hr from Nice Airport or Marseille.
