A smart renovation of a traditional building, Le Trèfle, is set in three acres of grounds through which gently flows the river Caramy. The beautifully tended lawns provide ample space for relaxation and discovery, as well as a 12 x 6 metre freshwater swimming pool - an inviting oasis to cool from the warm of the Provencal sunshine. A large covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation, overlooks the pool and includes built-in outdoor cooking facilities and drinks fridge. Inside, the property exudes French style through a fusion of modern and classical influences. In total there are four bedrooms – all with private en suite facilities - including three well-appointed bedrooms in the main house, and a further room set in the pigeonnier or tower.
