Vacation Rental Description
The apartment is situated in a small and secluded complex with two swimming pools, a tennis court and allocated parking space. It has a large south facing terrace and covered loggia with table and chairs for outdoor dining and offers stunning views of the Provencal hills. Terrace leads out into private garden. You can walk through woods and vineyards to the village (approx. 15 mins). The surrounding area is covered with vineyards as this is a notable wine region. Two public golf courses are within easy drive. The nearby Carces lake is popular with fishermen, whilst the Gorges du Verdon (largest in Europe) are about 40 mins away with beaches, sailing, white water rafting, climbing etc. Carces is an ideal location for exploring inland Provence whilst still being accessible to the coast.

    Bookings are made by bank transfer. A non-refundable deposit of 200 euros is payable at the time of booking to confirm your required dates. The remainder is payable 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of 200 euros is payable in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure less any breakages or damages. There is an end of stay cleaning charge of 50€.
