A lovely two storey villa set in 6 acres of gated secluded woodland and olive groves, with incredible views across the surrounding countryside within two kilometres of the pretty village of Barjols and only twenty kilometres to the nearest town, Brignoles. 
 
Accessed via a private entrance, the villa known as Les Fays, is a secluded estate with wonderful private grounds, a superb swimming pool and beautiful living accommodations. 
 
This property is found at the end of a private lane with a long sweeping cherry tree lined driveway. 
 
The pool is safe for family and kids - but does not include a parameter fence, therefore adult supervision is always required. The length is 10m x 5m and accessed directly in front of the Villa. 
 
Les Fays comfortably sleeps six people, with three (3) good sized bedrooms, a new bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen with eating areas in the dining and conservatory. Two sofa beds are also available. There are two large patios/terraces, one beautifully shaded and the other in the sun from morning till night. 
 
This is a wonderful property for a large family holiday with plenty of privacy and lots of fantastic space.

The lounge has a huge open log fireplace, just the place to sip that mulled wine or after dinner digestive. 
 
Prices for Les Fays start at £550 and rise to £1180 per week in the high season. 
 
Please note that Les Fays is a Friday changeover.

The Villa is used as a family retreat. It is comfortable and spacious with 3 terraces areas for eating, sunbathing and seating. An outside barbeque has a sink and drainer nearby. A garage may be used for parking with plenty of space for additional cars on the terraces.

There are a range of shops in Barjols to meet all daily requirements including several Boulangeries with an excellent choice of bread at the pattisseries. 
There are numerous Summer festivals and attractions in the area and of course several local Vineyards and cooperatives where you can taste the local Provencal wines. 
Barjols is famous for its water fountains and washbasins - the area is bursting with waterfalls and lush with evergreen forests. 
There are numerous medieval villages in the area. The chic village of Cotignac and Salerne are nearby with their typical Provencal markets.  
Twenty minutes drive North takes you to the Gorge du Verdon - where a stunning reservoir provides clean water swimming and kayaking. 
 
Your own car will be necessary. 
Nice Airport is 95 kms and Toulon Airport is 60kms away. 
The St Tropez beach is 60 kilometres away. 
Toulon ferry port is 60 kilometres away. 
Les Arcs TGV station is 26 kilometres away.

Minimum 1 week reservation. Reservation deposit 25% of total booking. Security deposit €400/£300. Payment may be made by Sterling Cheque or in Euros subject to an agreed conversion rate. The house needs to be left clean and in good order or a cleaning charge will be applied against the security deposit. Children welcome over the age of 12. Younger children by prior arrangement only. Les Fays is on a hillside location, but there are very few steps at the property itself and it is therefore suitable for the Elderly or infirm. Bed linen, Bath and kitchen towels included. Change over day Friday, Please arrive after 4pm and vacate the property by 10am on departure day to enable us to present the next visitors with the villa in its best possible state.
