Vacation Rental Description
This villa has for a long time been family home, and still is! It is set in 2.5 acres of pines, olives and vineyards with a scented garden full of lavender, santolina, rosemary, oleanders and many other mediterranean flowers and shrubs. Indoors the house is fully equipped with all modern facilities and outdoors the terraces provide ideal spaces for wining and dining, near the house or beside the pool. The villa is completely secluded in a rural area and is a peaceful haven for families who want to get away from it all. Nearby, there are plenty of opportunities for all sorts of exiting activities: sailing, windsurfing, trekking, swimming, scuba-diving and snorkeling, para-gliding, rock climbing, golf and many other things that are more typical of Provence such as 'pétanque' (boules), eating and wine-tasting! 
The house has three floors, each with double-bed facilities, two of which can be made as single beds, a shower or bathroom and a further attic room with two single beds. We call it the children's room because the beamed ceiling is rather low.

    Conditions of Rental Prices are based on full occupancy, (please enquire about possible discounts when renting for fewer than 6 people). Rent is payable in full 8 weeks prior to arrival. For early bookings, a deposit of EUR 850 (per week booked) is payable upon reservation to secure the booking; the balance is payable no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Apart from the household linen (not pool or beach towels), the price also includes cleaning after departure. The above amounts are not refundable on cancellation unless a replacement booking is secured.
