    The rental rates include water, heating and electricity and from 2010 heated swimming-pool Linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are included. Final cleaning is on request in 2009 and included from 2010 In July and August rental is only possible per minimum 2 weeks with weekly changing of linen and 4 hours of weekly cleaning included in tariff Rental starts on Saturdays between 4.00 pm and 6.30 pm Rental ends on Saturdays between 9.00 am and 11.00 am. An advance payment of 30% confirms your reservation. The safety deposit is due at the handover of the keys.
