Vacation Rental Description
A beautiful recently built house (183 m²) in enclosed grounds (2570m²) which is situated near to the ‘Lac de St Croix’ and to the ‘Gorge du Verdon’. Because of its south facing position and its high ceiling this villa is very bright and charming.  
Dreaming about a holiday in the Verdon region, 
about walks through lavender hills and scent of thyme 
Cradled in chant of the cicadas. 
Do you want to be in a very peaceful place in the middle of beautiful sceneries. 
 
Then "La Cheneraie" is perfect for you. 
 
The kitchen has two main granite worktops, a semi Professional cooker, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a dish washer. 
The kitchen is equipped with all the daily utensils you will need. You will also be able to use the washing and the drying machine,an extra freezer and two BBQ (electric and carbon)which are all kept in the garage. 
You will spend most of your time around the pool. This is why it has been carefully thought and planed. 
Sunshades, table/chairs, sunbeds are all at your disposal. There is also a WC/handbasin/mirror and an external shower in the pool house. 
All bedrooms are big and well decorated, one is ensuite while the other share a large bathroom. The fouth bedroom (the very large mezzanine) has it's own shower/WC.

    • A ping pong table with rackets and balls are kept in the garage and ready to use. For tennis, there are two courts and the last time I checked it was free so don't forgets your rackets! The property also have a Boulodrome (boules are kept in the garage)and amusement for the children in the garden. A total of 5 bicycles are also kept in the garage. Artignosc has it's own lac about 5 minutes away from the house by car. There is a nice beach and it is a very nice place to take a picnic. A "buvette" open early July where you can also hire pedalos and canoes.

    • Aups and Riez both about 20 minutes away from the house offers nice restaurants and shops but don't miss the market days which are Wednesday and Saturday from 8h30 in both villages. 
    There are many other villages to explore like TOURTOUR, MOUSTIER St MARIE,Les SALLES and COTIGNAC just a little ride away or you could decideto spend a day on the French riviera(about 1h), Frejus, St Tropez or St Maxime but please stay away from the motoways as you would miss the true beauty of these places. 
    Golf isn't to far (45 minutes(

    • Nearest Train Station : Aix en Provenve at 45 kilometers distance
    • Nearest Town : Aups at 18 kilometers distance
    • Travel Info: Once in Marseille it will take you 1.30 hours to get to the house. Frejus is 1.10 hours away. The canyon of the Verdon is 30 minutes away.

A futher 300 euros in cash will have to be deposit on arrival and return after inspection on departure. SPECIAL RATE (only for Avril/Mai/September/October): BOOK 2 WEEKS GET THE SECOND ONE HALF PRICE.
