Lovely modern and spacious apartment, right in the heart of the wonderful ski area that is Serre Chevalier in the Southern French Alps. 
 
With 250km of trails, Serre Chevalier is one of the Alps biggest ski areas.  
 
Great Skiing in a high mountain atmosphere! 
 
115 trails from the most peaceful to the most exciting... 250km of pleasure with 300 sunshine days per year!

There is also plenty to do outside of skiiing for anyone who wishes to relax off the slopes for a day, especially with the main town of Briancon (The highest in Europe) and a UNESCO candidate town, rich in art, history & fortifications. 
 
Our apartments are in the centre of the village of Chantemerle right in the heart of Serre Chevalier (1h30mins transfer from Turin Airport) and are situated on the slope side of the mountain. It is only 80 metres walk to the 3 central ski lifts (2 mins in ski boots). You can also ski back to within 15 metres of the front door. 
 
The 3 central ski lifts as mentioned above form the hub of the village which is very closely located for all the other amenities including ski school meeting area, tourist information, a host of commerce, restaurants and bars.

    • The apartment is on two floors at the top of the building, with four bedrooms suitable for 10 to 12 people. It has a large balcony running the length of the building giving spectacular views of the mountains, a veranda off the kitchen area and a smaller balcony access from one of the bedrooms. 4xBedrooms 1 double room, 1 twin room and 2 triple rooms Facilities First Floor 1 shower, basin and toilet Second Floor 1 bath, basin and toilet Living Room 1 double sofa bed, TV and DVD player, SKY box.     • The main Guisane river get exceptional water from the snow melt at the end of the winter season and there are many rafters, kayakers and canyoners that use the river from May and throughout the summer months.  
     
    We have various affiliations with the local businesses in the area and can offer our guests many discounts on sporting activities such as mountain bike hire and mountain bike guiding, watersports plus ski and snowboard equipment hire during the winter months. 
     
    There is also the GRANDS BAINS DU MONETIER Over 4500m2 dedicated to rest and relaxation! 
     
    The outside natural spa pool, open in winter and summer, covers over 300m2 and is equipped with a wide variety of water features and effects: fountain jets, river chute, relaxation zones and outside Jacuzzi. 
     
    With things like Via ferrata and a wealth of climbing, fishing, parapente, Full size Go/Ice Karting track used in competitions, horse riding and the list goes on...

    25% deposit payable on booking. Deposit and balance payable using cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (min 3.4% uplift for Paypal payments). We will invoice you for the remaining balance, which is due 8 weeks priot to your rental start date. A damage bond cheque of £250 is also required. We will hold the damage bond cheque and return it to you after your holiday pending return of the keys and satisfactory condition of the apartment. Pets are accepted by prior arrangement at a charge of £30.
